A 50 week journey! (Online)
In this journal, the 7 major Chakras have been divided into 7 days with distinct questions for each.
One day in the journal is actually one week in real life.
How this works?
When you choose to start this journey, you'll be added to a group on WhatsApp, where each Sunday, a reminder plus certain Yogic and Ayurvedic habits will be sent to be adopted by you. On that day, you're supposed to read the questions related to that Chakra. And throughout the week, you keep thinking about their answers. Finally, on Saturday or next Sunday, you write your answers.
This mental process in which you work upon your own ego will help strengthen the chakras and lead us to a healthier ego.
Throughout this time, each student can ask any doubts related to chakras, in the group or individually; and are free to share their growth and journey with others.
